DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, parcels will be shipped on Monday and will arrive at their destination within 4–10 working days.
Delivery of products ordered from newerasmarthouse.ro will be completed within 4–10 working days from the time the order is handed over, depending on your location and courier routes. Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.
The estimated delivery time mentioned above is valid throughout the year, except during peak periods (Black Friday, public holidays, and vacation periods) or in case of unfavorable weather conditions, when the delivery time may extend up to 15 working days.

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer in the order form, currently only within Romania, via our courier partner.
If an ordered product is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you order multiple products, we do not guarantee that they will all be shipped in the same box/package.
